I did a really fun interview a few days ago with SF writer Nancy Fulda. Super-nice lady. Keep an ear out for that one this weekend. In the meantime, you can read her Hugo-nominated story "Movement" at her site above, or you can hear it on Escape Pod.
Eric Horstman of the Cerro Blanco Protected Forest sent along the following links to specific conservation and education projects.
Eric says during that short podcast conversation that education of children is simply more effective than education of adults, when it comes to changing ecosystem-relevant behaviors. I wonder if any systematic scientific work has been done on that question?
